Shipping and Handling
UPDATE: To enhance our customer experience, we currently use a fulfilment service who process and ship orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays. However, please be aware that the processing time for ALL orders could range from 3 to 5 business days.
Australia
Outside of our Free Shipping special offers, the standard shipping price is a flat rate of $12 for customers located within Australia.
Shipping turnaround is estimated to be between 5 to 14 business days depending on your location, peak periods, and public holidays.
Please bear in mind that there may be delays in shipping times due to COVID, severe weather conditions, and other issues outside of our control.

International
Shipping and Handling are flat rates, listed in the table below. International orders may be subject to customs and duties fees.
All purchases over $300 AUD will qualify for FREE SHIPPING!

Pre-orders
Pre-orders will be shipped once we have received them from our manufacturer and they have been quality checked. The wait time can vary depending on when you ordered.
We aim to have pre-orders shipped within 6 - 8 weeks, or sooner where possible. However, occasionally there may be delays for reasons outside our control, such as COVID lockdowns, fabric shortages, seasonal holidays, etc.
If you have ordered more than one item, your order will be shipped when all items in the order are ready to be sent out.
If there are any significant delays on pre-ordered items, we will be in touch to keep you informed.
Handling
We use environmentally sustainable 100% compostable parcels from our pals at Hero Packaging. These have only HEROPACK branding on the outside.
Orders are packed and sent from available stock. You will be contacted regarding any delay due to sizing, stock shortage, or limited edition.
We work tirelessly to ensure that your parcels are posted as soon as possible, usually within 3 - 5 business days of receiving your order. However, as this is currently a one-person operated, disabled-owned and run business, occasionally there may be slight delays.
We are a tiny team of one person and the occasional helping hand here at Amor Sensory. We thank you for your patience :)

*Timeframe estimates can vary. The delivery window commences once your parcel is dropped off and processed by Australia Post. These service times can fluctuate depending on the time of year, International or local public holidays, or due to natural disasters and pandemics.
Taxes and Duties
Our shipping fees do not include taxes and duties. Some countries charge goods and services tax and import duties which you will need to pay once your item arrives in your country. All payments of taxes and duties are your responsibility and are usually calculated by the value of your order. Orders will not be refunded if taxes and duties are not paid and you choose to not pick up your order.
Please check the import taxes and duties for your country to empower you with the knowledge you need in order to have the best possible experience whilst shopping and shipping with Amor Sensory.
Input Wrong Address
Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not always able to remedy an incorrect address if a customer entered the wrong address at the time of purchase. If the package has already shipped, please reach out to the shipping carrier to divert the package to the correct address.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for undelivered parcels due to incorrect or insufficient addresses.
Missing Parcels
If your tracking shows that your item has been delivered, but you haven't received it, contact your local postal service right away to file an inquiry. Please note that we do not provide refunds for items marked as delivered after being shipped.
We provide the option of using Route Package Protection to insure your order against loss. If you selected this option when placing your order, reach out to Route and file a claim. Click here for more information on how to file a claim with Route.
Amor Sensory will not be held liable for damaged, lost or stolen parcels if the customer deselected Route Package Protection when placing an order.
IMPORTANT: Please check your shipping notifications regularly for updates. We don't want you to miss out on receiving your order from us. We are a small business, and while we do everything we can to assure that you receive your order safely, we cannot be held accountable for parcels that haven't been delivered once they have past customs and/or reached your local post office for delivery/pick-up.
Sometimes parcels are held at local post offices if they cannot be delivered or nobody is home when they arrive. If you receive a shipping notification that your parcel is on its way and has passed customs or reached your local post office, but it is not delivered within a few days, you may need to contact your local postal service and arrange to pick it up.
It is the customer's responsibility to check shipping updates regularly and collect parcels from local post offices.
Your order is important to us, and we make every effort to ensure that your parcels are delivered to you safely. If we've slipped up somehow, or our postal carrier has made an error, we will do what we can to rectify the situation. However, if a parcel is returned to us because it wasn't able to be delivered and hasn't been picked up by the customer, postage costs and any import taxes and duties fees will not be refunded or reimbursed.
